En la azotea tiene un hoyo junto a 2 tubos(adjunto foto) También el impermeabilizante que pusieron es de muy mala calidad y necesita renovarse por uno de buena calidad como debería estar desde un principio. (adjunto video de la azotea donde solo se muestran brochazos al aventon) El detalle más grande es la grieta o falta de material entre mi casa número 4 y la casa número 5. Es muy grave porque por ahí se filtra el agua entre las dos casas y esto genera humedad entre las dos casas (humedad que ya existe en mi domicilio) Junto con esto mismo, también falta que al frente de la casa y en el patio, reparen la unión entre mi casa la número 4 y la casa número 5. La ventana del cuarto principal así como de su baño, presentan humedad y creación de moho debido a los materiales de mala calidad que le pusieron, al igual que el marco de estas dos ventanas y por más que se limpie no se puede eliminar... Cabe mencionar que vino un aluminero y nos comentó que el marco que está puesto es muy delgado y por la misma razón no es para ventanas sino para fotos o parecido. En la azotea le faltan codos y tapones en los tubos de respiración de los tragaluces. Ya le comunique al ingeniero que tienen de visita en nuestro coto, pero no realiza ninguna reparación, porque me dice que necesita autorización por parte de la constructora. On the roof he is missing elbows and plugs in the skylights breathing tubes. I have already informed the engineer that they are visiting our preserve, but he does not make any repairs, because he tells me that he needs authorization from the construction company.

No hay responsabilidad en sus garantias. A su respuesta les digo que ustedes tienen pleno conocimiento de la situacion de mi casa y su respuesta fue que estan concientes de que se rellemo con basura y de la calidad de los trabajos, pero la constructora no autorizó arreglarlo.
