Terrible experience in this hospital despite the fact that it is classified as a high specialty, my mother is already an elderly person who required surgery for a biopsy due to her physical condition, we lost two months with residents who have no idea how to handle the case of a patient like my mother, until I had to go to the director of oncology and the director of the hospital to get an answer, and I was not satisfied with that the day my mother finally had the surgery, which depends on a chair. Wheels did not allow me to be with her 24 hours a day and that was said by the head of oncology Dr. Aboites to assist her and they fell hitting their heads, the nurses in charge did not even notice if it was not for the lady who shared a room with My mother, who heard the cries for help, consequently preferred to discharge my mother that same day at night, obviously to disclaim responsibility and the Chief of Oncology did not even want to show her face.
