★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy llegando a hospital Oca por una emergencia oftalmica y me hacen pasar por un medico general q tarda la vida y ciene sin q apuntar me hace preguntas y ni siquiera se presenta y viene solo sin donde apuntar con manos vacías se va a buscar donde apuntar
Si uno quiere un especialistas
Viene uno asustado y la hacen larga pues no esta bien la verdad
No me. Gusto el servicio hasta el momento
En urgencias debe ser rápido y más si puede ser un desprendimiento de retina
17 de abril llegue 9 30 y vino el dr a las 10 am
Quede en espera para el oftalmologo.
A ver a q horas llega
Son las 12 30 llego el dr especialista y si muy lindo bueno y muy profesional a pesar de la espera quede satisfecha y tranquila

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal; gracias a Dios es la primera vez en mi vida que me interno en un hospital; tuve la opción de elegir entre el DH y el OCA; elegí el Oca y me arrepiento mucho; desde mi admisión, la enfermera reventó mi vena intentando colocarme el catéter; terminó colocándolo el encargado de piso de admisión; Al subir a mi habitación jamás me llevaron la cena, hasta que llamé por teléfono pero ya eran las 22:45 y la indicación de mi médico era ayuno a partir de las 23:00 horas; tuve que cenar súper a prisa y ya muy tarde; durante mis 3 días interno tuve que estarle llamando al personal encargado de colocar mis medicamentos recetados vía catéter, para que me dieran lo que me tocaba, y eso solo porque tuve a la mano y siguiendo la receta de mi médico, de lo contrario se me pasaba; el personal de limpieza se llevaba la toalla de baño ya usada (eso está bien), pero jamás la reemplazaba por una limpia, tenía que llamarles por teléfono para que lo hicieran; Gracias a Dios tramité mi alta y estoy casa; tardaron hasta 6 horas en dejarme ir; Definitivamente hubiera elegido el DH; Muy mal por el Oca porque les estoy pagando por un servicio y una atención particular;
very badly; Thank God it is the first time in my life that I have been admitted to a hospital; I had the option to choose between the DH and the OCA; I chose the Oca and I regret it a lot; since my admission, the nurse burst my vein trying to place the catheter; The manager of the admission floor ended up placing it; When I went up to my room they never brought me dinner, until I called by phone but it was already 10:45 pm and my doctor's indication was to fast from 11:00 pm; I had to have dinner in a hurry and very late; During my 3 days intern I had to be calling the staff in charge of placing my prescription drugs via catheter, so that they would give me what I needed, and that only because I had on hand and following the prescription of my doctor, otherwise I would passed; the cleaning staff took the used bath towel (that's fine), but they never replaced it with a clean one, they had to call them to do it; Thank God I processed my discharge and I am home; it took up to 6 hours to let me go; I definitely would have chosen the DH; Very bad for the Oca because I am paying them for a particular service and attention;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this private hospital/ Clinique . The 1st place in priorities of this Hospital/Clínica Oca is customer service; They have great physicians and high technology instruments and machines. Prices are fair … I love to come here
