★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio malo ,te agregan seguros adicionales al que lleva el boleto y no te avisan ,en temporada alta es difícil encontrar descuento o hay 4 horas más tarde,hace varias paradas y es inseguro a pesar del cacheo además de la unidad que te toque abordar.

Mucho cuidado con las películas que exhiben me toco una altamente violenta. Viajan niños y no puede ser normalizada la violencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de autobuses, desde el inicio enviaron a mi mamá a un autobus con el destino equivocado, el operador del autobus no llevaba encendida la ventilación lo que me parece negligencia porque es una medida de seguridad en estos tiempos de pandemia, dejaron subir a un hombre al parecer sin boleto porque estaba peleando por un asiento, mi mamá se quejó con el operador porque el hombre a su lado le quiso abrir su bolsa por la noche pero no la ayudó. Cada vez que mi mamá viaja le compro el boleto en otra agencia más económica pero esta vez quise enviarla por OCC según yo para que fuera más segura y cómoda pero fue todo lo contrario, sin duda no recomiendo este servicio.
Terrible bus service, from the beginning they sent my mother to a bus with the wrong destination, the bus operator had not turned on the ventilation which seems to me negligence because it is a safety measure in these times of pandemic, they let a man apparently without a ticket because he was fighting for a seat, my mother complained to the operator because the man next to her wanted to open her bag at night but did not help her. Every time my mother travels I buy her the ticket at another cheaper agency but this time I wanted to send it through OCC according to me so that it would be safer and more comfortable but it was the opposite, I certainly do not recommend this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las veces que he usado esa línea de autobuses me ha tocado buen servicio siempre salen y llegan a tiempo, las personas que atienden en mostrador han sido amables, autobuses limpios y el conductor responsable y cordial. Todo bien en general.
The times I have used that bus line I have had good service, they always leave and arrive on time, the people who serve at the counter have been friendly, buses clean and the driver is responsible and cordial. All good in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre siempre están cerradas 4 o 5 cajas y solo dos personas atendiendo. La fila es enorme y estorbas en el pasillo por su culpa. Mal servicio lleven tiempo. Esto lo reporte hace un año ya.
4 or 5 boxes are always closed and only two people attending. The line is huge and you get in the hallway because of him. Bad service take time. This was reported a year ago.
