El departamento de tráfico de OCC es una porquería son irresponsables no tienen ni la más mínima idea de que es atención al cliente para ellos es lo mismo una maleta de porquerías o una persona son incapaces de dar informes de sus propias unidades y se hacen cómplices de delincuentes se lavan las manos diciendo q los pasajeros no son su responsabilidad entonces no se cual será si negocios si no son sus pasajeros la verdad no le pongo menos puntuación x q no lo permite pero para todos los extranjeros les digo no usen este servicio levantan gente y ellos no son capaces de por lo menos decir donde fue q pararon a su unidad, lamentable la falta de moral y ética de estos desperdicios de gente inmorales, sin sentido común ni compromisos x quienes les dan de comer q son los clientes, en resumen una porquería
The OCC traffic department is crap they are irresponsible they have not the slightest idea that it is customer service for them it is the same a suitcase of junk or a person are unable to report their own units and become accomplices of criminals wash their hands saying that passengers are not their responsibility so I don't know what it will be if business if they are not their passengers, the truth is I do not put a lower score because it does not allow it but for all foreigners I tell them not to use this service they pick up people and They are not able to at least say where they stopped their unit, regrettable the lack of morals and ethics of these waste of immoral people, without common sense or commitments x those who feed them that are the customers, in short a filth

Estos camiones siempre apestan cuando los deben de limpiar no los limpian pésimo servicio hacen demasiadas paradas, tardan mucho en cada parada, de primera clase no tienen nada,no recomiendo viajar en estos camiones, porfavor no lo hagan se arrepentiran
These trucks always suck when they need to be cleaned, they do not clean them, lousy service, they make too many stops, they take a long time at each stop, they have nothing first class, I do not recommend traveling in these trucks, please do not regret it

Llevo 40 min esperando x q el chófer nunca encontró el numero dice, la verdad es q se quedó 1 cuadra antes y se fue, x eso se les da la direcc exacta x q no puedo star velandolos en la puerta, horrible servicio llevo 8 meses usándolos y siempre es lo mismo. Solo x q facturan si no, ni los usará. Horrible

En general tiene un moderado y bueno en servicio de transporte. He tenido varias experiencias desagradables con el servicio del personal. Áreas que necesitan trabajar o supervisión de ella hacia el trato con los pasajeros. Principalmente en ventanilla, choferes, maleteros y servicio de baños. Sugiero una ventanilla para boletos de último minuto; más información sobre equipaje frágil, o bien, medidas de equipaje de mano establecido con anterioridad; para evitar discusiones con los pasajeros.
In general it has a moderate and good transport service. I have had several unpleasant experiences with the service of the staff. Areas that need work or supervision of it towards dealing with passengers. Mainly at the window, drivers, luggage and bathroom services. I suggest a window for last minute tickets; more information on fragile baggage, or hand baggage measures previously established; to avoid discussions with passengers.
