★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They wake you up to leave the bus during the night route for disinfection. After this, you can't normally breathe in the bus because there is smoke all around. Bad service.

How is this even possible? The whole bus is waiting to pee and bathrooms are closed. ? Solo en México, I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No complaints. Was here for a stop on my way from Villahermosa to San Cristóbal since the buss needed cleaning and disinfection. To me, the terminal appeared modern, clean, and spacey. Also, the toilets were clean which I was most concerned about. In my opinion, this is a good point to start your travel, have a stop, or arrive if Tuxtla Gutierrez is your final destination.
PS: The guy at the tourist information was really helpful! If you are a tourist (as I am) definitely check out their free offers. I got some great ideas in addition to my travel itinerary for Tuxtla, Chiapa de Corzo, and San Cristóbal de las Casas.
