Great facility, kind owners and staff. Right next to Unico, a great beach bar and restaurant.

Wonderful property and staff. Great views. Enormous spacious condos. En suite bathrooms. A little noisy with Unico beach next door but all in all just a great place.

Going back for a second stay. First time was glorious. Walking distance to restaurants and on-beach massage, and right beside the Unico Beach club for easy meals when we don't feel like cooking.

We recently had a wonderful stay in Unit 104! Chad and his wife Liz have renovated the unit with many upgrades..new refrigerator and microwave, smart tv's in every room, new comfortable living room furniture and all new bedding. The condo is completely stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook meals if you would like...and..I feel this is very important...they are happy to help you at any time for anything...whether it is for another jug of water for your dispenser or restaurant suggestions. They also own a few other units that they are upgrading so be sure and ask about those if this unit is not available! Such a great location to fun bars/restaurants and town...can not recommend Ocean Homes enough!

Very nice condos! Well kept property, kid friendly. Well kept grounds and site. The protected reef is just offshore and is teeming with life. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot in Puerto Morelos. Spacious condo (204) and well appointed. Management responsive to any needs. Beautiful beach front setting and short stroll to town square. Peaceful and safe, can't recommend enough.

Ocean Homes Villa 1 This is our second stay at Ocean Homes, a stylish, contemporary condo complex a ten minute walk north of Puerto Morelos in a mostly charming residential area. Positives: Furniture in great shape, inside and outside. Linens and towels also. Terrific that light switches are labeled. WiFi works great. Appreciate TV with Netflix etc easily available. Villa design is clean and comfortable, and would easily accommodate six or more people. Lots of light and blackout shades that all work well! Plenty of storage, drawer space and hangers to stash suitcases, clothing etc for everyone. The villa faces the beach so very few mosquitoes with the steady breeze. There’s a nice pool with a shallow area for kids to play. Always enough lounge chairs under the palapas in the private roped beach area. Although there’s a great view from Villa 1 patio with loungers, table/chairs and hammock! Next door to Unico beach bar, so outside we can hear music in the afternoon/evenings (live on weekends), which is usually fun and to our taste. Everything in the kitchen performs as it’s supposed to, and supplies are well equipped! Booking was a breeze, as the owners live in the States and are quick to reply personally. Ramon the manager lives on-site and is easy to reach and very responsive. The beach area is swept and chairs arranged every morning. It’s obvious that the owners keep upgrading to maintain standards in the units.

This is the absolute dream! We stayed in ocean villa 1 and if you want to stay in a place that feels secluded with all the conveniences of your own home, this is the way to go. Owners are fantastic, bend over backwards to make certain you have the best vacation ever. Homes are clean, beautiful fresh linens, soft beach towels, beautiful furnishings and gorgeous art throughout, very well maintained. Read the manual, hard copy at the villa and they will email you a copy as well. They include contacts with the best advise and prices. So many choices to eat every meal like a king, access to grocery store if you decide to cook in your fully furnished full size kitchen. All of this within walking distance by beach or street. This place is so safe. Owners are truly the gem at these vacation homes. They are very attentive to every detail and need. We absolutely feel like we are in heaven here, we love this beach, the people, access to the best diving and snorkeling in the western hemisphere. There aren't enough words to describe these homes and condos. Private beach with your own tiki umbrella and great loungers. Truly the most special place to stay.
