★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente buenos precios, pero te tienes que aguantar malos tratos del personal de ventas mostrador, se nota que es una clásica empresa "WhiteMexican" de la cual los superiores tienen malos tratos a los subordinados, y que a su vez estos tienen malos tratos a los clientes, ojala cambien su mentalidad, porque pierden ventas por eso.
Definitely good prices, but you have to put up with mistreatment from the counter sales staff, it shows that it is a classic "WhiteMexican" company of which superiors mistreat subordinates, and that in turn they mistreat subordinates. Customers, hopefully change their mentality, because they lose sales because of that.

Regresamos a cambiarlo y NOS DIJERON QUE ESTÁBAMOS LLEVANDO PRODUCTO DE PROPESCA para cambiarlo por producto que NO ERA DE ELLOS, nos la hicieron súper cansada, revisaron cámaras después de que insistí en que su comentario era una falta de respeto y después de habernos acusado de estar cambiando producto, insistir EN QUE ESE NO ERA SU PRODUCTO y de hacernos esperar más de una hora terminaron diciendo, cierto ya vimos en cámaras que ese lomo era de otro cliente, le pregunté al chico, entonces si es tu producto? Me contesto SIN UNA DISCULPA: Si, ahorita te lo cambio! Pésimo servicio en verdad! PESIMO!
AWFUL EXPERIENCE! They gave us super pale and horrible natural tuna instead of SALMON! We went back to change it and THEY TOLD US THAT WE WERE BRINGING A PROPESCA PRODUCT to change it for a product that WAS NOT THEIRS, they made us super tired, they checked cameras after I insisted that their comment was disrespectful and after having accused us of being changing product, insisting THAT THIS WAS NOT THEIR PRODUCT and making us wait for more than an hour, they ended up saying, right, we already saw on camera that that loin belonged to another client, I asked the boy, so is it your product? He replied WITHOUT AN APOLOGY: Yes, I'll change it right now! Terrible service indeed! APPALLING!
