K	Kat Boerkei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got back from our stay at the Ocean Maya resort and we were overall impressed! The best part was definitely the entertainment team who kept it lively at the pool and at night, mingling with guests and getting everyone involved. The crazy game in the afternoon was fun to watch and changed everyday we were there. Thank you Eddie, Alexis, Elia, Jonath, and Angel. Food selections could be better, masks still required in all restaurants. Rooms were clean and large. Please please add more chairs to pool and beach area. We had to get up at 6am to make sure we got a seat and even then 90% were already taken!!
S	Samantha Maloney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, this place is awesome! The entertainment is so great. Eddy, Alexis, and Vierly made our trip amazing! They are so kind, welcoming, and so much fun. They keep the party going all day. Also, Antonio and Francisco are the best waiters. They won’t let your drinks go empty. The only complaint we had was that there were not enough chairs by the beach and pool for all the guests so you have to get up early to save a spot!

The food is good and offers a wide variety to cater to all needs. The entertainment staff are fantastic and really create a feel good factor. Alexis in particular has been amazing and we've throughly enjoyed our time doing different activities. Beach volleyball with the staff is always good fun and competitive. Would certainly return in the future.

The food in the different restaurants was good every time and the waiters are super nice and attentive. Our room was clean and modern and the resort as a whole was very well maintained. The entertainment at the pool as well as in the evening is really varied and the entertainment team with Eddy, Melissa, cheeky Baby, Alexis, Angel was always in a good mood, funny and cool! Even in bad weather, which we had due to a hurricane on the Pacific coast, the staff tried to make it as pleasant as possible for the guests. The hotel was worth the 11 1/2 hour flight from Germany :)

We picked Ocean Maya Royale and were very delighted with the resort, food, beach, pool and most of all, the staff. We were well taken care of by everyone but especially Eddy. He made sure that Steve and I had everything we wanted. He has excellent customer service skills!!! It was so nice and relaxing. Just what we needed. Activities by the pool are so much fun to watch. I cannot wait to come back for another visit real soon!!!

The room was beautiful and had a spacious private balcony that faced the pool and ocean and we didn’t even use the AC as there was a warm breeze every night with the sliding glass door open . The white noise was the sound of the palm trees blowing in the breeze. Staff at the resort go above and beyond to ensure all aspects of your vacation are taken care of. Sergio in particular was amazing and helped us with finding out what time our Air Canada shuttle was coming as the rep was I’ll and off work. We felt very safe with Covid procedures in place including handing out plastic gloves for the buffets. Great vacation

The drinks are delicious & strong (not watered down!). & the atmosphere is just so much fun! Everything is clean & everyone is so nice. Last night we got to watch our first show & it was just such a great time. We also decided to take the lagoon tour with Elia & it was so so beautiful. Elia went out of her way to make us feel comfortable & even took so many pics of me & my friends in the beautiful water. She has been such a great person to meet here & has made our trip that much better! 10/10 recommend this resort!

We all stayed in Junior Privilege Suites and the rooms were very nice, spacious and thoroughly cleaned each day. We tried each restaurant in the resort and the food was very good at all of them. The nighttime shows were all very entertaining but, "Rock Show", was the real standout. Each staff member, from reception to housekeeping to wait-staff were very helpful and friendly. The beaches and pool were excellent and it's where we spent most of our days. They have staff on hand to help you plan any excursion you'd like to take. I can't recommend this place highly enough and plan to go back for another wonderful vacation. Thanks for a great week!!!!
