This place is not that good at all they charge us 3 times. Which they have to have the receive in the computer. Didn't want to argue but a lot of people will take advantage of your money everywhere be so careful. Its really clean but still we had ants in the rooms the food wasn't good at all. No taste. I'm sure I'll never come back there. The only thing they will said we are sorry . ?.

when you look on the website it says they have five restaurants a gym and a spa. When we arrived to the hotel everything seemed fine. The first night we went out to eat the portions were small and the food was not good. We later found out there was no gym on the premises there was one small pool. There was no spa they only had 2 restaurants and a buffet and the beach was not swimmable. in order to get the amenities we were promised we had to take a shuttle to a sister hotel which was not mentioned anywhere on the website. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures and was a complete letdown.

Horrible Experience, all inclusive hotel. Food was terrible no flavor, cold and old. Service at the table was lacking, staff distracted, lost and not attentive. All inclusive drinks were horrible, watered down and taste super bad (including sodas served from an opened flat 2 liter bottle). Hotel is super outdated and ugly. No activities at all within the hotel. Rooms are outdated ,A/C barely works (its super hot/barely can sleep/thermostat is fixed to 24 you cant change it) and jacuzzi super dirty(brown water would come out of it when turned on). Staff in front desk super rude, all inclusive package is held to a timeshare presentation which is pushed excessively (our representative David was rude and very dismissive). David would also assume that other guest would be part of our family because we would talk and refer/communicate to us in an accusing tone. Concierge service is no help, nobody knows anything, they're always lost, just there to collect a pay check. Concierge very rude when confirming our departure airport shuttle which was all paid for but if receipts is not present upon picking they charge you 10-15 USD. Also they charge for everything even to breath, don't loose your assign bracelet chip because they will charge you 50 USD. Transportation to affiliated hotel is outdated and run down, still is not friendly. This was the worst experience I've ever had, would never go back nor recommend this place/hotel chain.

It is a great place for families to enjoy an all inclusive resort on the beach. The food and entertainment is wonderful. Would have gave a 5 but bed are so hard, it makes life alittle difficult if you don't sleep well.

The rooms were good but they can definitely improve. The room door doesn’t seal correctly so we ended up bitten by mosquitoes. Not enough activities. Also they can use more food variety during lunch and dinner buffet service. I can say that almost all the staff was very willing to help you and go out of their way to serve you. However, I encountered this one person behind the counter in the lobby that didn’t like to answer question for assist anyone that was confused. He seemed bothered by my family and giving me smart answers when I asked about currency exchange. They also need to update the building.

Sales and Reservations was a painful and awful experience to say the least. I'm open to try to solve the issues I've experienced, but there seems to be nobody able to help. I have taken literally 2 full mornings trying to talk to them, but it's ridiculously difficult to get your call through. When you finally make it through and express your concerns, sometimes they literally hang up. Trying to talk to a manager is useful, they'll never transfer you nor solve your problems. It seems like the management don't want nor care to talk to their guests. Wouldn't be surprised if they even have it as a policy. But when sales agents are trying to sell you a stay, they do call you many times a day. Once they get your money, their "service" attitude disappears. Very disappointing.

Very much dated. The ceilings were leaking in 2 separate rooms. We returned to a pool of water on the floor if we didn’t remember to put down a towel. Our room was in the very back of the hotel, it looked like an alley. The bed, a pile of broken rocks. Couldn’t call the front desk from our room. The food was not good. This was a terrible experience. The only thing I can say positive about this place is the staff. They are very nice and respectful.

Bit dated, run down tennis court and run down sliding rooms balcony door. Wasn't a nice hotel at all, same food selections swell. The hotel is to promote other attractions and shares- of which they try to bring you in as a client to their selection of hotels for future usage. Pro: Very clean and good customer service.
