Out of every where we have stayed in Neuvo Vallarta, this is by far the best, quiet, clean, a step above everything.

Such a beautiful ocean-front private condominium with private beach, 2 pools, fantastic staff, and spectacular views. Quite, Relaxing, Fun. Look on VRBO or airbnb for rental opportunities. My parents own a unit here & we LOVE it!!!!

Ocean Terrace # 3502C - Lovely condo – great location (January 8 – February 5, 2019) Just got back from a month staying at this Ocean Terrace condo. This condo is located in the smaller tower and there are only two units per floor. As a result, it is a very quiet building and each unit is very large. The deck is spectacular and wraps around the unit. The sunset views are over the top. On three occasions we noticed pods of whales passing by. The condo itself is furnished very nicely and is in good shape. The kitchen has everything that you could possibly need to cook a meal for a large group. The two pools that are available to use are both very nice and are heated. There was always a lounger and umbrella available on either the pool deck or on the beach under a palapa. The landscaping on the property is also beautiful. This is a great beach for walking especially when the tide is out. The immediate area is quiet but lots of activities to be found just down the beach. There is a turtle sanctuary on site and we could watch them release the baby turtles at sunset five days a week. There is a very good restaurant (Guido’s) that is next door and other good restaurants within walking distance. The Paradise mall is also a short walk away and has a good-sized grocery store. The Walmart mall is a short taxi drive away. The staff at Ocean Terrace are wonderful. The security staff always greet you with a big smile and are happy to call you a cab at any time. I found Dorice to be very helpful and she always replied promptly to any questions we had. The only down side that I should mention is the construction next door. Dorice had been very upfront about it so it did not take us by surprise. Work starts at 8:00 am each morning and shuts down just before sunset. For the most part I found that I got used to the noise and it was only when the guy with the jackhammer did work that I found the noise got to me. The solution of course is to find something to do offsite on those days. They do shut down early on Saturdays and Sundays they do not work. Should I ever return to this area I would certainly want to stay in this condo and I do not hesitate to recommend it to others. Five stars!
