Ocean view Deck 12 - 48314 Puerto Vallarta

There are serious noise issues to be found here and I only wish people had been honest in their reviews and I would not have booked as many weeks. So do not tell me how quiet this place is as this is not the truth! First of all 11 lanes of traffic pass in front of this building as its on a major traffic artery Highway 200. It sits on the corner controlled by lights so you can hear the squeal of brakes from the famous Vallarta "beater" blue buses. 3 hospitals in the area so one stops counting after a dozen ambulance siren runs past the building. There is a bird sanctuary across the street so squaking birds can be heard during the daylight hours. Tourist boats/pirate ship board and discharge passengers so you will hear amplified music and voices coming your way till at least midnight. Nobody has stated that the bottom floor is occupied by Life Casino Vallarta. All Casinos where ever they may be have noise issues either from live or recorded music and their clientele leaving in the wee hours of the morning. I was on the 7th floor and heard all of the above. A nice big pool was available on the 1st floor. Problem it was not heated and the nearby ocean was warmer to swim in. Even being centrally located to Walmart and Liverpool Shopping Center I cannot recommend Deck12 and will not return. The owner of the rental unit claims double pane glass should keep out most of the noise but who comes to Mexico to live in a air conditioned environment when you have these floor to ceiling doors to leave open! Run the other way as there is better accommodations elsewhere!

Good place,too expensive for what they offer

No. No. No. It is so noisy to live here. 11 lanes of traffic out front with 3 speed bumps to make it crash bang noisy. The bar and music next door stayed open late at night. The pool is always cold. WIFI did not work many times. So glad when our holiday was done.

Extremely noisy with pool side music and many Airbnb type weekend fiestas sometimes all night. There is no one to enforce any regulation. This place lack security and control.

Best views and Central location to everything you need. Yes. At night it is noisy but Vacationers love to party on the water and it's all about the water - the to live for ocean and city views- at Deck 12. Love it. Every Rose has its torn. Noise vs Million dollar view?!- buy earplugs and enjoy ?
