The beach club is nice but the beach service is terrible. You will definitely have to wait 20-30 minutes for service and even in between small orders but it depends on who you get. My experience was waiting for a raw burger and then being yelled at by the waiter for eating part of it. When I asked for utensils to cut it they said no, when I asked to speak to a manager the waiter told me to get up and get him. I was brought back my burger burnt and put together in little pieces. They should have brought me a new one but after bringing the burger to the manager myself and finally they took it off the tab. It's a nice restaurant in comparison to other spots but I wouldn't go back. It's not cheap, considered upscale and you are obviously paying a lot of money. I don't think they are hurting for money and they could have easily given me a new burger. I have traveled a lot and I've stayed at places in Costa Rica, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Tulum, Mexico City and I could go on. I've never been treated so poorly on a vacation or at a restaurant.
