★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo creo que la selección de personal es muy importante ya que se buscan personas con determinado perfil para cada puesto, sin embargo deja mucho que desear su forma obsoleta de contratar personal. Yo vivi 10 años en California, tengo un nivel de ingles de 100%, trabaje como supervisor de recepcion para Best Western International por tres años y tambien manejo Montacargas. En su empresa piden como requisito la preparatoria trunca o terminada y mi pregunta es: Vale mas un par de años en la escuela preparatoria que toda la experiencia y background? Que diferencia tiene en haber estudiado la preparatoria si la mayoria delas veces lo que cuenta es la experiencia? Cuanto talento desperdiciado por no tener un papel que solo es para ampliar la burocracia? En el tiempo que yo viví y trabaje en california lo único que necesite para conseguir un empleo fue mi numero de seguridad social e identificación., nada mas, y aquí es una procesión tener que conseguir todo lo que piden. Es mi humilde opinión. Gracias.
I believe that the selection of personnel is very important since people with a certain profile are sought for each position, however their obsolete way of hiring personnel leaves much to be desired. I lived 10 years in California, I have a 100% English level, I worked as a reception supervisor for Best Western International for three years and I also operate Forklifts. At your company they ask for a high school or a high school, and my question is: is a couple of years in high school worth more than all the experience and background? What difference does it make to have studied high school if experience counts most of the time? How much talent wasted for not having a role that is only to expand the bureaucracy? In the time that I lived and worked in California the only thing I needed to get a job was my social security number and identification, nothing more, and here it is a procession to have to get everything they ask for. It is my humble opinion. Thank you.
