La hostess es grosera, no me tomó en cuenta para la lista de espera a pesar que había llamado con anticipación. A otras tres personas les dijo que el tiempo de espera era de 30 minutos y había mesas disponibles, todos se fueron. Me quedé porque mi hija tenía ya mucha hambre pero comimos molestos por el trato

Reserve mesa y deje mi num me hablaron y dijeron que era equivocación 2. Pedimos bebidas sin hielo y le pusieron, aunque la cambiaron pero son aspectos que cambian el parecer del cliente 3. Me sobraron alimentos y los quise para llevar y no me pusieron todo completo. En general es un buen lugar, buenos alimentos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, decidimos venir por qué nos recomendaron el lugar pero definitivamente no regresaremos a la Sucursal de Solesta. Pedimos 11am y nos trajeron el platillo a las 12:30 después de repetir más de 3 veces q nos hacía falta. Otras mesas fueron atendidas aún llegando más tarde q nosotras. La guarnición me la tuve q comer con los dedos porq los cubiertos no llegaron. Nunca nos avisaron q tardarían más y tampoco una disculpa por la tardanza. Los platillos ricos pero la atención pésima y a las personas como q no les importo saber q se tardaban y mucho menos dar mal servicio.
Very bad service, we decided to come because the place was recommended to us but we will definitely not return to the Solesta Branch. We asked for 11am and they brought us the dish at 12:30 after repeating more than 3 times that we needed it. Other tables were served even arriving later than us. I had to eat the side dish with my fingers because the cutlery didn't arrive. They never told us that it would take longer and neither did they apologize for the delay. The delicious dishes but the lousy service and the people like they didn't care to know that they were taking, much less giving bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece bien lograda la adaptación del concepto a la plaza. El servicio podría mejorar un poco pero se me hace correcto. Cómo es costumbre en el menú pastas, ensaladas, pizzas y más. La pizza de quesos y la 4 caminos muy buena. Así como la pasta con Kotlet. El precio se me hace correcto. En general la experiencia en el lugar fue buena.
