The procedures are a bit tedious, a document is always missing to finalize, however the treatment of the staff in particular was always friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si hay buen trato pero falta mas personal , en hacer una denuncia o trámite esperas hasta 3 o 4 horas aprox. En pasar !
If there is good treatment but there is a need for more staff, you wait up to 3 or 4 hours to file a complaint or process. in passing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente es un lugar a donde a nadie le gustaría ir ,pero la necesidad de liberar tu vehículo te hace aguantar a los malos servidores públicos que ahí trabajan,(por así decirlo)pero solo trabajan si sacas las copias que te piden con la respectiva propina.y claro todavía lo hacen de malas.
Unfortunately it is a place where no one would like to go, but the need to release your vehicle makes you put up with the bad public servants who work there, (so to speak) but they only work if you make the copies they ask for with the respective tip .and of course they still do it badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a verificar que todo estuviera bien con un auto que me iban a vender, el lugar está muy descuidado, sin embargo la atención fué buena y me tardé aproximadamente 30 min (porque había alguien esperado enfrente de nosotros)
Me cobraron 200 o 250 no recuerdo bien.
I went to check that everything was fine with a car that they were going to sell me, the place is very neglected, however the attention was good and it took me approximately 30 minutes (because there was someone waiting in front of us)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención rápida y eficaz, los oficiales y licenciados fueron muy amables. Mi atención fue bastante buena aunque fui por la noche, espero su servicio sea siempre así para todo ciudadano que requiera sus servicios tras haber sufrido el robo de su vehículo.
Fast and efficient attention, the officers and graduates were very friendly. My attention was quite good even though I went at night, I hope your service is always like that for all citizens who require your services after having their vehicle stolen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para obtener liberación de vehículo recuperado.
Día 1. Acudo con mis documentos y me dicen que regrese en 7 días porque el que lleva mi proceso está de vacaciones
Día 2. Regreso 7 días después y me asignan al MP que esté disponible (se les olvidó que me tenía que atender el que llevó mi proceso) el MP asignado me dice que regrese 3 días después ya que hay mucha gente y no me puede entrevistar
Día 3. Regreso con mis documentos me hace mi formato de solicitud (que pudo hacer desde que me atendió por primera vez) y me dice que regrese la siguiente semana por la liberación, que ya no me forme que pase inmediatamente por el documento.
Día 4. Llego con esa indicación y me dicen que no que me espere, después de 2 horas y media esperando me atiende y me entrega mi documento de liberación.
Al final recibí el documento pero creo que pudo ser más ágil el proceso y no estar yendo tantas veces, 4 días pedí permiso en el trabajo para poder hacer este trámite.

Day 1. I go with my documents and they tell me to come back in 7 days because the person in charge of my process is on vacation
Day 2. I return 7 days later and they assign me to the MP who is available (they forgot that the one who handled my process had to attend to me) the assigned MP tells me to return 3 days later since there are many people and he cannot interview me
Day 3. I return with my documents, he makes me my application form (which he was able to do since he attended me for the first time) and tells me to return the following week for the release, that he no longer ask me to go through the document immediately.
Day 4. I arrive with that indication and they tell me not to wait for me, after 2 hours and a half waiting, they attend to me and give me my release document.
In the end I received the document but I think the process could have been more agile and I hadn't been going so many times. I asked for permission at work for 4 days to be able to do this process.
