Según abren a las 9 pero en lo que cambian de turno te atienden hasta las 10am y te empiezan a atender hasta que acaban de platicar , para que no te ayuden y te manden a otro lado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me robaron mi vehículo en Ecatepec, (Cerca de Metro Múzquiz). Gracias a la acción rápida de las autoridades y las cámaras de vigilancia del C5 Edomex, lo recuperaron en 3 horas, lo resguardaron en OCRA Ecatepec. Para denunciar tienes que antes llamar al 911 y Guardia Nacional, sino no te atienden, las denuncias sí son las 24hrs, para acreditación de propiedad y otros trámites es horario de oficina 9am - 6pm (Según) porque empiezan a trabajar más tarde, en mi caso no me pidieron absolutamente nada de dinero, una vez que acredité que el carro era mío, tardaron aproximadamente 3 semanas para devolvermelo, con un rayón, un golpe en la cajuela, sin llanta de refacción y cubrecajuela, el interior también parecía desvalijado, todos los plásticos rotos y se veían las líneas eléctricas, afortunadamente todo le funciona y mecánicamente quedó intacto.. Hay de todo, tanto buenos elementos, como malos (Oficiales, Agentes del MP, etc) ya es la suerte que te toque.
