★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stayed at Octavia Casa and it was incredible. It's a small room, tiny hotel (6 or 7 rooms) and no lunch/dinner service, but those are our only negatives at all. The room is impeccable, the staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast is great, and the location is fantastic. I can't suggest Octavia Casa more. Look up photos, the pics tell the story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful stay in a wonderful location. Casa Octavia is perfect in all ways...private, peaceful, in a beautiful neighbourhood, with spacious and lovely rooms. All the staff were so helpful and my whole stay felt like the type of stay you always hope for when travelling. I will definitely be staying again. Thank you Casa Octavia for creating an intimate space to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tranquil, minimalist space on a quiet street in Condesa. Room was comfortable and well designed, with each room looking into the plant filled courtyard. Rooftop patio provided a nice space to enjoy a coffee in the morning or drink in the afternoon. Staff were unobtrusive but present. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and parks.
Of note, the air conditioning unit is behind closed slated panels and I would suggest opening the doors for improved airflow and cooling.
Overall, wonderful stay and would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Octavia Casa is incredible! The rooms and lobby are beautiful, and the location is perfect walking distance from a bunch of amazing restaurants, bars, and parks. The staff and Raul went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. I proposed to my then girlfriend on the beautiful roof, Raul and the staff decorated it with candles and even got us a bottle of champagne to celebrate! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon!
