Y	Yamilé Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice mi reservación hoy por mi cumpleaños a las 8:30 , llegue 10 minutos después en lo que dejaba mi camioneta y oh sorpresa ! Mi mesa la dieron a alguien más y me dejaron esperando , la señorita de la entrada muy grosera , llegaron otras personas y las atendió dejándonos paradas unos minutos , decidimos irnos , mala experiencia ojalá mejoren y capaciten a sus empleados de la entrada :( I made my reservation today for my birthday at 8:30, I arrived 10 minutes later as I was leaving my truck and oh surprise! My table was given to someone else and they left me waiting, the lady at the entrance was very rude, other people arrived and attended to them, leaving us standing for a few minutes, we decided to leave, bad experience, I hope they improve and train their employees at the entrance :(

Los platillos y bebidas preparadas son una delicia: excelentemente bien presentados, me pareció que utilizan productos frescos y de buena calidad y con un sabor extraordinario. Buen servicio, aunque puede mejorar. Un solo detalle: hagan algo con las moscas. Gracias y felicidades. Volveré a probar más platillos. It exceeded my expectations. Architecture and interior design very creative, harmonious, geometric (applause) and attractive. The prepared dishes and drinks are a delight: excellently well presented, it seemed to me that they use fresh and good quality products with an extraordinary flavor. Good service, although it can improve. One detail: do something about the flies. Thanks and congratulations. I will be back to try more dishes.
S	Saul De larrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, we were going to leave half of the tip in cash and half on the card(15% in total) but guess what?, at the end someone came and told us if anything was wrong to what we answered no, since food was 5/5 for our first time coming here, and at the end of her questioning she started to show the real reason she came to our table, the tip(since the start that we told them like 7% on the card, the waiter didn’t even say thank you) and then we decided to not leave the other half in cash since we found it very disrespectful their attitude towards us after they didn’t even know that the card tip was only half, we might go back even tho we go to puerta de hierro’s restaurants since it’s closer, everything was great except from that, oh and it was our civil wedding day so thanks for that experience

But at my second dinner the oysters were not fresh and I felt so bad for the next 24 hours that I couldn't catch my flight to Mexico city, had to stay one more day in Guadalajara because I couldn't go out of bed... So the design isn't everything, the food should be fresh!!
E	EMC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience in Feb. 2020! We stumbled upon Octo unplanned and were so grateful that we did! We were seated on the second floor at a lovely table for two. Located next to the well known Bruna restaurant, Octo has beautiful architecture, design elements, and lighting features throughout. From the menu, we chose the crab hamburger, octopus plate, tuna tostada, and arroz con leche - highly recommend all four! The service was exceptional and each staff we interacted with were friendly, attentive, while giving us our privacy while we enjoyed our meal. Receiving the factura via a QR code on the physical receipt took less than 3 minutes which was a refreshing surprise as oftentimes restaurants in Mexico have a clunky process that requires you to email the venue after you complete the meal. We loved Octo! The staff clothing was hip and good looking, too. Highly recommend :)
