★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaba más cuando era solo Casa Barba, creo que los precios eran más accesibles y la idea era traer todos los productos y materiales para trabajar con el cabello a un precio accesible sin importar las marcas. Ahora están intentando meter marcas de "alta gama" que sólo son más caras y sirven igual -o a veces peor- que las marcas baratas más populares, como si quisieran hacerle la competencia a Sally Beauty. Es más barato que Sally Beauty, pero ya no tanto como antes. Una pena, ojala que volvieran al concepto anterior.
I liked it more when it was just Casa Barba, I think the prices were more accessible and the idea was to bring all the products and materials to work with the hair at an affordable price regardless of the brands. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer acudi a la sucursal, y la verdad me quedé con una muy mala experiencia,ya que al ir me atendió el chico que siempre me atiende y una señora nueva muy nefasta se metió y me quería vender cosas diferentes a las que yo necesitaba y me han funcionado, aparte cuando ya realicé mi compra el chico o la chica que estaba antes eran muy atentos y siempre en descuentos me ofrecían un obsequio y esta persona que por cierto me dijo su nombre Celia Martínez dijo que ya no habían regalos pero en una forma muy grosera que me hizo sentir muy mal y la verdad yo no considero justo el que tengan trabajando para ustedes una persona que no tiene educación y es prepotente y que trata mal a los empleados y a los clientes la verdad esque es un hambiente horrible yo iba desde muy lejos solo por el trato pero mientras esté esa señora yo ya no regreso, ojalá tomen cartas sobre el asunto ya que con gente así aunque sus productos y precios sean buenos no dan ganas de ir, y de verdad ese chico que está ahí siempre me había atendido súper bien y ese día ya no pudo hablar porque está señora no lo dejo porque lo veía despectivamente de verdad que me sentí muy mal por él es por eso que externo por este medio mi experiencia y ojalá hagan algo, espero que sí regreso ya esté esta señora ahí o que por lo menos le enseñen a tratar bien y con respeto a le gente y a su personal.

Escuché de ella misma antes de que me atendiera que la van a cambiar, espero que así sea porque parece que tiene clientes preferidos y como yo no soy una de ellas pues no mereci respeto.
