No existe nada de formalidad, les mandamos a arreglar nuestra impresora desde noviembre y nos dicen que ellos no van a poder conseguir la pieza, en su momento nos pidieron el pago de la pieza pero no nos quieren regresar nuestro dinero que les depositamos para la pieza, les marcamos pero no nos dan respuesta de nuestra devolución.
The worst service they have given us. There is no formality, we send them to fix our printer since November and they tell us that they will not be able to get the piece, at the time they asked us for the payment of the piece but they do not want to return our money that we deposited for the piece , we mark them but they do not give us an answer of our return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues lleve mi equipo, al ser un centro autorizado Hp tenia la confianza de que lo podían reparar, ya sabía que no funcionaba y pues resulta que me lo regresaron igual claro después de pagar la revisión indicando que no podían repararlo.
Well, take my equipment, being an authorized HP center I was confident that they could repair it, I already knew that it did not work and it turns out that they returned it to me just as clearly after paying for the revision indicating that they could not repair it.
