★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, no tuvieron luz por 3 dias, obvio no escaneaban los paquetes y solo se limitaban a decir que no habian llegado.
 Terrible service, they did not have electricity for 3 days, obviously they did not scan the packages and they only limited themselves to saying that they had not arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad mandé mercancía a otro estado y me cobraron muy caro, el señor que me atendió ni siquiera tomo medidas , tampoco pesó mis paquetes y el precio bastante exagerado, no volvería a enviar paquetes con ellos.
The truth is, I sent merchandise to another state and they charged me dearly, the man who attended me did not even take measurements, neither did he weigh my packages and the price was quite exaggerated, I would not send packages with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio dice "express" y ya pasaron 3 días que llego a la sucursal de Hermanos Serdan y es día que no mandan a mi domicilio aun cuando vivo a 5 minutos de dicha sucursal, tuve que venir por mi paquete y aun así no me lo querían dar y su costo es elevado por el pésimo servicio que ofrecen.
Terrible service says "express" and it has been 3 days since I arrive at the Hermanos Serdan branch and it is the day that they do not send my home even though I live 5 minutes from said branch, I had to come for my package and still I do not get it. they wanted to give and their cost is high due to the terrible service they offer.
