★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Horarios muy limitados. No laboran los domingos. Resulta que el servicio de paquetería es independiente del servicio de transporte. No hay nadie atendiendo cuando debe estar abierto. Y de nada sirve llamar pq como no hay nadie no van a contestar el teléfono. Llamas a servicio al cliente en México, le llaman a la señorita y llega enojada porque uno se quejó. Realmente pésimo servicio.
Terrible service. Very limited hours. They don't work on Sundays. It turns out that the parcel service is independent of the transport service. There is no one attending when it should be open. And there is no use calling pq as there is no one will not answer the phone. You call customer service in Mexico, they call the lady and she gets angry because you complained. Really bad service.

I went to claim and they throw the ball and everyone takes responsibility ...
