★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente manera de enviar paquetes y documentos de manera rápida y económica, sin embargo hay que armarse de paciencia pues atienden a muchas personas y sueles pasar un tiempo de espera de hasta 40 minutos para poder hacer un envío, también hay que considerar pagar el estacionamiento de la central de autobuses que es de 18 pesos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio y atrncion al. Cliente. Mi paqueteria la. Demoraron 24 horas y se supone el pago es por entrega urgente, dicen que no tienen personal y en mostrador estan comontres personas y se hacen bolas entre ellos, si no tienen la capacidad de trabajar u operar pues simplemente qie cierren y nonhagan pasar malos ratos a los clientes.
Tambien que contraten personal con gusto por el trato al cliente, pareciera que les pide uno de su dinero o les pidiera caridad.
Cuando se paga por el servicio no es gratuito. ???

Also that they hire staff with a taste for customer service, it seems that they ask for one of their money or ask for charity.
