No son O de M, el nombre real es Paquetería Tonalá y son una empresa que se encarga de distribución a través de un tercero. O al menos es lo que me han explicado entre las múltiples llamadas que he tenido que hacer para que mi paquete sea cotizado, para que me proporcionen un total a pagar he tenido que ser yo la que insistentemente hable para poder tener la cantidad a pagar, la cual en este segundo envío que ha sido más problemático que el primero tardaron 4 días en darme el total a depositar, y que fue mucho más caro que el primero donde fueron muchos más kilos y el cual según era más caro pues con Castores paquetería con quienes también trabajan sería más caro pero más rápido de que me llegara. Han pasado 3 días más después del pago y aún no tengo el número de guía, lo cual confirma que ni siquiera ha sido enviado mi paquete. Esto en un envío dentro del mismo Estado... imagina que pasará si quieres enviar algo en otro Estado de la República Mexicana o a otro País?? CERO COMPROMETIDOS EN LO QUE HACEN!! F	Feneza Villafuerte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la paqueteria más informal que existe, no hay hora de recolección así como 3 días para poder recoger un pedido, jamás se puede rastrear, no la recomiendo para nada. Recogieron un paquete de ahí cerca en Tonalá y para traerlo a colima, cobraban $1326.00 y condicionaron que depositara adelantado para poderlo enviar. A lo cual decidí mandar una persona a recogerlo le cobraron $450. Y me lo envío por otra paquetería que cobró $260. La estrellita por que no me dejaba publicar.... Terrible service. They picked up a package from nearby in Tonalá and to bring it to Colima, they charged $1326.00 and conditioned me to deposit it in advance to be able to send it.
