★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decidimos sacar unas guías prepagadas, y no nos comentaron la caducidad de estás, además que por el tema de la cotización, nos la cotizaron por peso y no por medidas, después nos hicieron bronca porqué según no correspondían esas medidas, mal servicio y atención más a fuerza que de gana. Sí pueden mejor soliciten por estafeta o Fedex, un poco más caro pero muchísimo mejor.
We decided to take out some prepaid guides, and they did not tell us about the expiration of these, in addition to the issue of the price, they quoted it to us by weight and not by measures, then they made us angry because according to those measures, bad service and attention more as hard as you like. Yes, they can better request by courier or Fedex, a little more expensive but much better.
