M	Mónica Vega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llevamos a nuestra hija para solucionarle dos caries, diagnóstico que ya se tenía, se lo comunicamos a la dentista, la cual lo confirmó. Se nos cobró 600 pesos. Nada se le hizo. Se nos dijo tendría otra consulta más para plática preventiva y a la tercera consulta se le aplicaría el sellador para sus caries, «protocolo» se nos dijo. Salimos con la misma información con la que entramos y con el mismo problema. Justificaron el cobro argumentando la creación de «historial clínico». ¡Que robo! ¡Que maña eso de su «protocolo». Duró 5 min la consulta de nuestra hija, terrible, una verdadera burla a la inteligencia. Poco les valió la inconformidad de los clientes con el supuesto servicio. Terrible service. We took our daughter to solve two cavities, a diagnosis we already had, we communicated it to the dentist, which confirmed it. We were charged 600 pesos. Nothing was done. We were told we would have another consultation for preventive talk and the third consultation would be applied to the sealant for their decay, "protocol" we were told. We leave with the same information with which we enter and with the same problem. They justified the collection by arguing the creation of "clinical history." What a robbery! What a shame about his "protocol." It lasted 5 min the consultation of our daughter, terrible, a real mockery of intelligence. The customers' dissatisfaction with the supposed service earned them little.

Estuvimos esperando 1 hora para que nos pasaran, las instalaciones se ven sucias y mi hijo escuchando la platica de las Dras. Quejandose de lo mal que las trata la dueña del negocio, mi hijo no tiene porque enterarse de los problemas ni negligencias que pasan en su clinica. Me paso lo mismo que a Mónica Vega y Lil C, carisima la primera consulta para que no te hagan nada ni solucionen tu motivo de consulta. CERO RECOMENDABLE. Terrible service, it really is zero recommended. We were waiting 1 hour for them to pass us, the facilities look dirty and my son listening to the talk of the Dras. Complaining about how badly the owner of the business treats them, my son does not have to find out about the problems or negligence that happen in his clinic. The same thing happened to me as Mónica Vega and Lil C, the first consultation was very expensive so that they do not do anything to you or solve your reason for consultation. ZERO RECOMMENDED.
