Y cuándo lo hacen te preguntan mil datos para sacar una cita, ni siquiera es para abrir expediente y a los niños solamente le hacen cita en la mañana. Es horrible que la cita la hagan a la hora que ellos quieran. Se supone uno elige la hora y el día adecuandose a nuestras ocupaciones.
Terrible service. They take a long time to come down to attend. And when they do, they ask you a thousand data to make an appointment, it is not even to open a file and the children only get an appointment in the morning. It is horrible that the appointment is made at the time they want. One is supposed to choose the time and day according to our occupations.
