★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez me pareció y me parece una muy buena dentista , pero la segunda ocasión me trató muy mal porque me equivoqué de hora de la cita y llegué tarde. Me regaño peor que mi mamá y me dijo que "estaba jugando con su tiempo". Reconozco que fue mi error al equivocarme de hora y no calcular mis tiempos! A todos nos pasa, pero creo que hay formas de hacérselo saber a uno, sobre todo siendo clientes pero no de una manera agresiva. Lástima, porque pienso es buena dentista! el profesionalismo se acompaña de tacto, finalmente COME del servicio que proporciona a sus clientes. Creo que necesita atención profesional para manejar el enojo y la frustración. Espero que su erróneo manejo de las situaciones no provoque en el futuro situaciones desagradables para ella y sus pacientes. Ojalá lea estas líneas y las tome en cuenta! Recordemos que la gente ve como actuamos y no nos damos cuenta en ocasiones de nuestra personalidad, sobre todo en las cuestiones afectivas y cuando están son negativas. Suerte doctora Emma y espero siempre tenga muchos pacientes!!!!!
