★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio post-venta. Son muy buenos para vender y recomendarte cualquier cosa, pero para escuchar quejas o sugerencias, malísimos. Le comentaba a la señorita (al parecer encargada) sobre la situación de mis lentes y solamente decía "no", nosotros "no" nunca, haciéndome ver como un mentiroso. Eso de aquí a china es malísimo, pésima actitud. Además de que me dijo "la próxima cómprate unos lentes que estén a la medida de tu cara", cuando ellos mismos me recomendaron los lentes. Actitud nefasta. Al menos este local no lo recomiendo.
Terrible after-sales service. They are very good at selling and recommending anything to you, but at listening to complaints or suggestions, very bad. I commented to the lady (apparently in charge) about the situation of my glasses and only said "no", we "no" never, making me look like a liar. That from here to china is terrible, terrible attitude. In addition to the fact that they told me "next time buy yourself some glasses that are tailored to your face", when they recommended the lenses to me. Nefarious attitude. At least I don't recommend this place.
