Los asientos no son especialmente cómodos; sin embargo, están bien acolchonaditos, así que uno aguanta bien una hora, una hora y media, sin cansarse, pero no sé si más. Conveniente para obras no tan largas ni complejas. Es el clásico espacio de cultura universitaria y promoción cultural. De hecho, el nombre correcto de este lugar es: Espacio Universitario de Cultura "Off Spring", y cuenta con dos foros, uno para 300 personas y otro, más chico, para 145.
The forum I entered is small, long, a bit charming, but well adapted and with good acoustics. The seats are not particularly comfortable; however, they are well padded, so one can hold out well for an hour, an hour and a half, without getting tired, but I don't know if more. Suitable for not so long or complex works. It is the classic space for university culture and cultural promotion. In fact, the correct name of this place is: "Off Spring" University Space of Culture, and it has two forums, one for 300 people and another, smaller, for 145.

Tiene una gran variedad de obras, todas muy buenas.
Yo he tenido la oportunidad de ver 3 obras y las 3 fueron de gran calidad, con buenos actores y muy buena puesta en escena.
Adentro hay un pequeño cafecito para comer mientras esperas a que comience la obra, sus muffins están deliciosos, y el capuchino también es muy bueno, además de que los precios son muy accesibles.
La atención por parte de todos es muy buena, amble y coordial.
La entrada es gratuita, pero te dan un sobre para que al terminar la función hagas una contribución de manera anónima. Se me hace algo muy interesante porque es una economía basada en la confianza, la calidad y le servicio que te brindan. Debemos tomar en cuenta que en otros lugares pagas mínimo $300 pesos y muchas veces el resultado no es lo que esperabas.
Este lugar se ha convertido en uno de mis favoritos :)
No duden en visitar el foro, les va encantar.

I have had the opportunity to see 3 plays and all 3 were of great quality, with good actors and very good staging.
There is a small cafe inside to eat while you wait for the play to start, their muffins are delicious, and the cappuccino is also very good, plus the prices are very affordable.
Everyone's attention is very good, friendly and coordinated.
Admission is free, but they give you an envelope so that at the end of the function you can make a contribution anonymously. It seems very interesting to me because it is an economy based on trust, quality and the service they provide you. We must take into account that in other places you pay a minimum of $300 pesos and many times the result is not what you expected.
This place has become one of my favorites :)

Tienen todos los días obras de teatro en diferentes horarios, son 100% familiares, además de que brindan cortesías diariamente atreves de Facebook. En su cafetería, aunq no tienen gran variedad de productos, son embargo venden un delicioso café que les recomiendo probar, además de que sus precios son muy accesibles. Pueden contratar a sus actores para eventos especiales o si lo prefieres puedes reservar funciones de la obra de tu preferencia privadas.
