Off the Vine Playa - 77712 Playa del Carmen

I live a few blocks from Off the Vine, so its very convenient for me! Today I went in to pick up some wine, cheese, meats and bread! Oh No, No, No. I looked at the selection of meats they had hanging on the wall, none of which I wanted! I proceed to ask for assistance with my our purchases! I wanted various slices of meats and I’m told I must purchase 100 grams of each product, I was looking for slices! No, they will not slice a variety of meats for me! I was shocked after coming here for years, really! I proceeded to put my wines back and walked out! I immediately walked a few more blocks to Europa and they were glad to accommodate my purchases! Off the Vine your sour grapes to me, I’ll take my pesos elsewhere! ????

Very nice staff and pleasant ambiance. Great Jamon and large portion size. Burrata got better with every bite. Not too sweet but very berry-forward. Only wish is that it was baked hotter to be more melty!

What a great shop and amazing stop on our honeymoon! Very well informed and knowledgeable! The selections are well priced and high quality! We walked away after enjoying a bottle and charcuterie with 3 more bottles for later!

My favourite place in Playa del Carmen. The best tapenade I've tasted since living in the South of France (which is where it originated). Beautiful set up and the best selection of wine in the city. Live music every night. All the staff is absolutely wonderful, super attentive and friendly. Juana, Andy, Gerardo, Jonathan and Andy2 are just a perfect team and have an amazing flow in service. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone that visits Playa del Carmen.

Amazing wine and charcuterie selections, and great location! Service was outstanding, Andy was attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Playa is hit and miss for restaurants but this place is a HIT. Will definitely be back next time in playa

Honest review Read over a lot of the reviews here, such a mix of five stars and one stars. Was really left wondering what the experience was going to be like. Went there for a Sunday night with a friend who is a big fan of the location and goes often. Wine — delicious and I was blown away by the service. They had a delicious French cab sav so I was a very happy camper! All of the staff were incredibly attentive. Literally, we never had to pour the bottle of wine for ourselves. I couldn’t believe it. Food: cheese board. How can you go wrong here? We ordered one and split it between two people. It was more than enough to snack on for two hours 10/10 would recommend Oh and I LOVE the wine glasses so much! Wanted to take it home with me haha

Wonderful wine bar and wine store in playa. My favorite place for a glass of wine. Great selection of wines from around the world. The staff is always friendly and attentive. This place has the best charcuterie board in town. Wonderful blend of meats and cheeses accompanied with fresh fruit and tapenade and their bread is always fresh. They have live music every night and the patio is a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine and some music while people watching on la Quinta.
