★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las chicas que atienden carecen de amabilidad y orientacion al servicio. Me parece que el menu esta algo confuso y cuando les preguntas, sus respuestas son escasas, como si no supieran explicarlo. No me quedan ganas de volver.
The girls they serve lack friendliness and service orientation. It seems to me that the menu is somewhat confusing and when you ask them, their answers are scarce, as if they don't know how to explain it. I have no desire to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pedí un pepino natural por uber eats, llegó podrido, literal apestando, en que momento se atrevieron a partirlo, servirlo y enviarlo así. Llamé al local para recalmar, o hablar con el gerente y tampoco me trataron bien.
Terrible service, I ordered a natural cucumber for uber eats, it arrived rotten, literally stinking, at what moment they dared to split it, serve it and send it that way. I called the store to rewind, or talk to the manager and they did not treat me well either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mala actitud del chavo pelirrojo y muy malos los alimentos, especialmente los elotes, sabían “plastificados”. Pedí un clamato preparado y tampoco ello prepararon bien
Terrible service, bad attitude from the red-haired guy and very bad food, especially corn, tasted "plasticized". I asked for a prepared clamato and they didn't prepare well either

What an ugly service, apart from ordering through Didi, everything came drenched without chamoy without Miguelito without anything... I will not order there again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve ahí parada como diez minutos y nunca me atendieron. No había mas clientes en la barra, solo un chico imprimiendo. Las chicas estaban lavando platos, intenté hablarle a una pero me contestó muy a secas e igual no me atendió. Finalmente me fui.
I was standing there for about ten minutes and they never attended to me. There were no more customers at the bar, just a guy printing. The girls were washing dishes, I tried to talk to one of them but she answered me very bluntly and she still did not attend to me. I finally left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!!!! Me pedi una chamoyada y xuando me la entregó la chava me dijo “pruebala aver si no esta muy ácida porque no tenemos una salsa de las que lleva que le da el sabor dulce”. Claro que sabía súper ácida!! Les dije que si me la podian mezclae con mango para que minimo se convirtiera en mangonada, y no quiso porque no quería tener que partir el mango. Pésimo. Pedi tmb unas papas ahogadas y me las dieron con casi pura salsa maggi, sin otras salsas
Appalling!!!! I asked for a chamoyada and when the girl gave it to me she told me "try it to see if it is not very acidic because we do not have a sauce that it has that gives it a sweet taste". Sure it tasted super sour !! I told them that if they could mix it with mango so that at least it would become mangonada, and they didn't want to because they didn't want to have to split the mango. Appalling. I also ordered some drowned potatoes and they were given to me with almost pure maggi sauce, without other sauces

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve super mala experiencia y pésimo servicio al cliente… al ir a imprimir te cobran EXTRA por el “uso de computadora” cuando ni si quiera la utilizas ya que lo que hice fue enviar desde MI celular las imágenes al correo del negocio y el encargado lo envió desde la computadora de ahi a imprimir y se excusan por el “buen servicio que te quieren proporcionar ” ??♀️ Al momento de pagar me dicen cuanto es y veo que hay cobro extra (porque yo les dije que me desglosaran) por el uso de computadora ???♀️
I had a very bad experience and terrible customer service... when you go to print they charge you EXTRA for the "use of the computer" when you don't even use it since what I did was send the images from my cell phone to the business email and the person in charge sent from the computer there to print and they apologize for the "good service they want to provide you" ??♀️ At the time of paying they tell me how much it is and I see that there is an extra charge (because I told them to break it down for me) for the computer use ???♀️
