★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: well known franchise with pretty much global support, so you can escalate issues to higher management if needed. This particular branch office is almost empty all the time so you're attended pretty fast. Cons: you are charged for parking here even if you buy stuff, the chairs they have for their customers were broken the last time I was there (Feb 2018).
