Busque al Gerente para encontrar una solucion y el tipo que es un barbajan me dijo que yo buscara un equipo donde convertir mis archivos y que esa era la solucion porque no podia demostrarle que ellos tuvieran virus en sus equipos. La empleada que me habia atendido para imprimir mis archivos habia reconocido que esto suele pasar, pero el inutil del Gerente solo me dio como respuesta arreglelo usted mismo. No vuelvo a este lugar y les aconsejo que tengan cuidado con sus memorias que llevan. I went to print a file and took my USB so that it could be printed from there and now I can't see my files because they have a virus that affected my USB, I use a Mac and the computer where my USB was inserted converted them into files for Windows. I looked for the Manager to find a solution and the guy who is a barbarian told me that I should look for a computer to convert my files and that was the solution because he couldn't prove that they had viruses on their computers. The employee who had attended me to print my files had recognized that this usually happens, but the useless Manager only gave me the answer: fix it yourself. I will not return to this place and I advise you to be careful with the memories you carry.

The computers they have do not work for what they promise, they are low-end and they sell them as if they were mid-range. In general they have little assortment and those in charge of electronics areas have no knowledge about what they sell.

Quise devolver un producto DENTRO de mi tiempo para hacerlo y el gerente se negó excusandose que ya no podía hacerlo porque "las políticas de la empresa" decían que ya no estaba en tiempo. Me pidió que las leyera y ahí claramente decía que si estaba en tiempo. Se portó muy déspota y me dijo que el no podía hacer nada al respecto. If I could give it 0 stars, I would! I wanted to return a product WITHIN my time to do it and the manager refused, excusing himself that he could no longer do it because "company policies" said that it was no longer on time. He asked me to read them and there he clearly said that he was on time. He behaved very despotic and told me that he couldn't do anything about it.
