Andrea didn't pay attention to me, gave me everything wrong plus her co-worker Gwendolyn gave my impressions to somebody else, my daughter's passport and mine!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I decided to talk to the manager Alejandro R. Rosas and he didn't apologize and didn't solve my problem. I'm never coming back and no one should.

I took it back and found there was not any other sizes in stock. The manager promptly refunded my payment. The staff is helpful, efficient and friendly and the store is well stocked (except for the one item l wanted) and kept very clean. A security guard is on duty and even allowed my dog into the store with me. This location is good, easy to get to and in a neighborhood with other places a shopper may need to go.
