★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there 3 times asking for them to honor their extended warranty in a DVD writer. So far they have not done so. I will continue to go back until I receive satisfaction but it has been a frustrating experience. I would advise people to check out other options before buying anything here and if you buy here do not be tricked into the "insurance" scam that is extended warranty. Luckily now in Merida there are other options. Perhaps Best Buy or Ofix can offer better customer service. I would like to give a shout out to the HP representative Andres who has tried his very best to help resolve this issue.

The staff tryed to find something to satisfy me and we found a pack of baby shower and Happy Birthday cards. Just needed the envelope! I bought it. Yes, it was hilarious but I got the one envelope I needed.
