★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are quite clueless as to what products they have and what programs and software they have also. Or even what software is. After claiming they didn't have a software program I found it myself only to purchase it, take it home and discover it isn't software at all but renewal key for said software. Without opening it or breaking the seal I tried returning it the next morning but they rejecting it saying it is categorized as software and they don't accept software or refund for it. I don't blame the individuals, I blame the policy and poor training. A place is only as good as its service.
