Ni el gerente ni ella respondieron como es debido. Se quedaron con las manos cruzadas sin saber que hacer. Tiempo, dinero y esfuerzo tirados a la basura por personal incompetente. Esto con el afán de que se ponga más atención en el servicio. GRACIAS
Good afternoon: At noon today my daughter took 2 t-shirts to print. They simply spoiled them because Ms. who attended her had no idea how to use the machine. Neither the manager nor she responded properly. They stood with their hands crossed not knowing what to do. Time, money and effort wasted by incompetent staff. This with the desire that more attention be paid to the service. THANK YOU

El gerente del lugar Daniel Galicia Ruiz, es sumamente geosero, lepero, intransigente, no escucha a los clientes, no ofrece ni soluciones ni explicaciones y ciertamente no responde dudas ni toma peticiones. Valla, ni siquera te voltea a ver cuando le hablas.
I have never been treated so badly in an office depot. The manager of the place Daniel Galicia Ruiz, is extremely geosero, lepero, uncompromising, does not listen to customers, does not offer solutions or explanations and certainly does not answer questions or take requests. Go ahead, don't even turn to look at you when you talk to him.
