I asked if I could exchange it or get a partial refund for it,there response was no.
So I bought a lanix tablet after that and it was by comparison way sturdier than the swissmobility tablet.
Considering the swissmobility tablet broken from a 3 inch drop that shattered the glass screen and was buster open.
For sure get the lanix tablet over the swissmobility tablet.
