Contacté vía correo a la encargada y tampoco nada. Pésimo servicio! I have been calling for 15 days they never answer, I dialed the MX number, they answered me but they said they could not help me because it must be in Jalisco, I sent mail 10 days ago making my request; to this day I have not received an acknowledgment or response whatsoever. I contacted the manager via email and nothing. Terrible service!

En la página dice que su horario es de 9:00 a 14:00 hr pero llamas por teléfono y no contestan (ni el teléfono de la delegación jalisco ni en el conmutador general en mx) y cuando vas a las oficinas estan cerradas y dice que te comuniques por medio de correo [email protected] pero envíe un correo y a 4 días de enviado no he recibido ni siquiera un acuse de recibo automático con fecha probable de respuesta. Does anyone know what the means of contact is or how long it takes to answer an email? On the page it says that their hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. but you call by phone and they do not answer (neither the phone number of the Jalisco delegation nor the general switch in mx) and when you go to the offices they are closed and it says That you communicate by mail [email protected] but send an email and 4 days after it was sent I have not even received an automatic acknowledgment of receipt with a probable response date.

Yo también soy servidora pública y no se vale ser ineficiente. Tuve que estar ahí para darme cuenta de su letrero informativo con el correo de atención. ¿No creen que esto causa confusión a quienes recurrimos a este medio para conocer si están laborando durante la contingencia en las oficinas? ¿Creen poder mejorar este sencillo aspecto en la página?
