Freezing cold! I went to use the work station and paid for my computer time (in advance is required) and had to leave early because I couldn't feel my fingers anymore. Went back a few days later with a flannel shirt, same thing and I had to leave early. The technology and applications offered are close to obsolete but better than the other options. Never will you find a computer in English, so it can be difficult to navigate, as the keyboard and commands are different and not terminology one is accustomed to speaking/using. Frustrating. The guy behind the counter helped me navigate a fee times and was super nice, as are all the employees I encountered there. I wanted to give him a tip, but he said he'd be in trouble for accepting it and they have cameras, so he had to decline. I finally replaced my (stolen from my vehicle) laptop and if I go back there it will only be for a fast run in - run out purchase. Can't imagine that is healthy either, going from 95 degrees F, to 60 and back to 90++. If I wanted freezing cold, I would have stayed in Minnesota. Bring a blanket or wear a hat, long pants and bring a sweater or two if you need to spend more than 5 minutes in there.

They had the art supplies we were looking for. Not the best variety but better than most anywhere else in town.

The service is good, the variety of products and services is equally good, prices are competitive, and the waiting times for the copying and printing services moves fast. I don't come here often, but I have never left this business feeling disappointed. The decor feels slightly lugubrious at night, but that's hardly a complaint: at most, they need to illuminate the walls a little more to fix this.

There weren't a lot of people, made it possible to do a quick in and out shopping trip. Went looking for an office chair, was prepared to take the floor model but was lucky to get the last one in stock. Prices were what you would expect, but quality is fairly descent.

Got some printing done, very easy and extremely cheap compared to the UK.

A good place for office needs. Not bad service when you need copies, but some times, especially when you are in a hurry, they look very slow.

Their store is usually not crowded with people. I only went store for printing a document which was super easy and cheap in comparison to places in the US. Going for a quick ride inside their store, I had an impression that they have a lot of supplies for office and for home office as well.
