★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the merchandise selection is not as "deep and wide" as offered on USA stores they still do a dinner job of providing most everything need for offices and school projects. I especially love their copy services and printing service. The specialists are fast, efficient and very friendly and helpful if trying to use their technology to do something yourself. Prices are reasonable and the service very efficient!

I was greeted at the door by the kindest, most accommodating helpful people, as upset as I was by the terrible service or lack thereof, at the Cozumel (im)migration office who did not know how to do their job or try to learn or help!
The manager came over and he was gently offering to see if his people could help. He went to the computer area and gave my problem to Daniel who solved the problem the immigration office should have done in 15 minutes.!!!
They have restored my faith in the intelligence, work ethic, and generosity of humanity.
I could not believe this wonderful above and beyond service!! Amazing truly applies to this OfficeMax.
