Official Cancun Airport Transportation - 77569 Cancún

There was no driver when we landed in Cancun finally after two hours waiting at the airport someone said that we have to take a taxi to our destination . After arriving to the hotel I try to call them but none of the number works . I sent them email and explain my situations at the airport They respond that they will pay back money for not making a service from the airport to hotel . They promised me that when we will go back to home, the driver will be on time and will drive us to the airport . Again no one show up and we had to take a taxi again I lost $400 and I had to dispute the charges through my credit card Horrible experience

Thanks so much for the great ride to the airport. Had to change our pick up due to airline change, no problem 24 hours prior. We had 11 people in the small group shuttle. Alexander arrived on time, clean van, took us to both terminals for drop offs. It was a great experience. Will definitely use again

CAT turned out to be one of the best transportation alternatives in the Riviera Maya. The only problem is that I had a hard time finding them, so I highly recommend keeping in touch with the Cancun Airport Transportation team to avoid any issues.

Excellent service. The driver arrived early, and was professional and courteous. The communication leading up to the pick up was great! I got emails with my confirmation information and I could reach out via whats app to connect as well. The van was spacious and it was a private ride to the airport for me and my travel companion. The cost of transport was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this service.

The company provided us with an excellent transportation service from our hotel in Playa del Carmen to terminal 3 of the airport. The whole trip was relaxed and very safe.

The service was quite good by the CAT company. The driver arrived before we arrived, so it was not difficult for us to find him. The whole trip was comfortable and fast.

There was nothing special about this transportation company. We waited at around 35 min to get our private transfer. We could not find the representative for around 20 min after getting out of the airport. Once we did find her there were 2 other people that grabbed her. From what I could tell there was only one person there. Most other companies had an average of 3. Also there English is not very good. The representative nor the drivers. (I could live with all of this) however there was a small point where I got nervous as to where we were going because the driver could not understand me. There are many choices for private transportation, I expected more as I paid $150 for a private transfer that took me about 9 miles down the road.

Amazing experience! This was the most affordable transfer from my hotel to the airport at the end of my stay. What an absolute delight to be greeted in the nice vehicle, kind driver, calm music and comfy AC. This was the calm, safe and easy end to my trip that I needed! Thanks for my driver - Gueillermo.
