They do not answer calls and they do not give any kind of reports regarding mortgage loans, We have already tried to communicate from Tuesday May 12 to Tuesday June 2 and we have not received any response.

No se vale que cuesta mucho trabajo llegar en transporte publico por la contingencia covid 19 que hay en estos momentos solo porque no actualizen los horarios y peor aun ni siquiera contesten .. Y yo llegue a las oficinas para que estén cerradas Very badly, the hours they put here are useless since the offices remain closed and the phone numbers with all extensions do not answer. G	Gladys Baeza Rivero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Mapaton 2017 Vi que las oficinas del ISSTEY son aptas para personas con Discapacidad en silla de ruedas, ya que cuenta con rampas, no hay segundo piso, las puertas en anchas. No hay estacionamiento para usuarios por lo tanto no aplica los cajones, pero a la entrada principal hay espacio para estacionar y bajar a alguien en silla de ruedas con rampa directo a la puerta principal. Los baños son un poco estrechos pero cuentan con baño para Discapacidad, no están marcados. At Mapaton 2017 I saw that the ISSTEY offices are suitable for people with Disabilities in a wheelchair, since it has ramps, there is no second floor, the doors are wide. There is no user parking so the drawers do not apply, but at the main entrance there is space to park and lower someone in a wheelchair with a ramp directly to the front door. The bathrooms are a bit narrow but have a handicap bathroom, they are not marked.
L	Limberth Fernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no contestan las llamadas para agendar cita, por lo que personalmente acudí a las oficinas, te dicen que es previa cita aunque la sala esté vacía y los empleados desocupados, no se explica porque tiene que haber tanto personal, si solo atienden previa cita y en horarios dispersos. Terrible service, they do not answer the calls to schedule an appointment, so I personally went to the offices, they tell you that it is by appointment even though the room is empty and the employees are unoccupied, it is not explained why there has to be so much staff, if they only attend prior appointment and at scattered times.
