Todas las veces que me dijeron que se comunicarían de vuelta después de una llamada telefónica, no se comunicaron. Los muebles me parece que son de buena calidad, solo la atención y tiempos, podrían mejorar. It took 2 more months to deliver the furniture and when they arrived, they arrived without screws. All the times they told me they would communicate back after a phone call, they didn't communicate. The furniture seems to me to be of good quality, only the attention and times, could improve.

I bought an office chair whose backrest broke after 6 months and they did not give me a guarantee since their verdict was that it was misused, although the only use that was given was for office regular business hours.
