★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima manera de atender, no se para que dan horario de 8 AM cuando empiezan a atender a las 9am, y para que existen las actas que se pueden imprimir en línea cuando no son válidas para un trámite, una estafa con las actas de nacimiento
Terrible way of attending, I do not know why they give hours of 8 AM when they start attending at 9am, and because there are certificates that can be printed online when they are not valid for a procedure, a scam with birth certificates

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardé más de dos horas haciendo fila en la calle, sin embargo ya dentro, la atención fue buena y pudieron otorgarme un papel que necesitaba en menos de 20 minutos, sugiero llevar MONEDAS y BILLETES de pequeña denominación porque si no tienen cambio no te hacen el documento, a menos que decidas que se queden con el cambio, como fue mi caso (Por la necesidad del documento solicitado)
It took more than two hours by rank on the street, however inside, the attention was good and they were able to give me a role I needed in less than 20 minutes, I suggest carrying coins and tickets of small denomination because if they do not have a change do not make you the Document, unless you decide that they remain with the change, as was my case (for the need for the requested document)
