★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio. Ni sabían que el sistema para sacar actas de nacimiento online lleva meses sin funcionar. Tampoco me atendieron porque ya no había personal antes de la hora de cierre.
 Horrible service. Nor did they know that the system to obtain birth certificates online has not worked for months. They also did not attend to me because there were no longer staff before closing time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es malisima, las señora encargada con un carón siempre (digo siempre porque ya van 3 veces que voy ) y si no llevas el monto exacto no haces el tramite, no tienen feria. De verdad que la atención es muy importante y en esta oficialia no la ofrecen. Puede ser que la/el Licenciada/o sea amable pero no sé quien es.
The attention is terrible, the ladies always charge with a caron (I always say because they go 3 times I go) and if you do not take the exact amount you do not do the procedure, they do not have a fair. Truly, attention is very important and in this office they do not offer it. The graduate may be kind but I do not know who he is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio demasiado lento. Terrible. Las señoras que atienden hacen y deshacen a su antojo. Una llego y se fue a realizar asuntos personales en horario laboral. Ponen los requisitos que se les da la gana.
Service too slow. Terrible. The ladies who serve make and break as they please. One arrived and left to conduct personal business during business hours. They put the requirements that they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. Despues de 1 hra de fila cuando por fin llegue a registrar a la niña me dicen que solo atenderian hasta las 10 am, eran las 9:50 y argumentando que ya no alcanzaba no me atendieron y detras de mi habia facil 5 personas mas. Le pondria cero estrellas pero no me dejó.
Terrible service. After 1 hour in line when I finally got to register the girl they told me that they would only attend until 10 am, it was 9:50 and arguing that it was no longer enough they did not attend me and behind me there were easily 5 more people. I'd give it zero stars but it wouldn't let me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por un Acta de Nacimiento, muy rápido el tramite, me tarde menos de 10 minutos, trata de llevar el pago exacto del acta, tienen un cartel de que no tienen feria, afortunadamente para mi que llevaba un billete si me lo aceptaron.
I went for a Birth Certificate, the process was very fast, it took me less than 10 minutes, I tried to bring the exact payment of the certificate, they have a sign that they do not have a fair, fortunately for me I had a ticket if they accepted it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, si tienen impresión de actas, el personal muy atento y servicial. Para una inscripción de divorcio solo te piden los documentos originales, sin copia, no te lo hacen difícil ni te ponen obstáculos. Cierran a la una de la tarde exacto, no antes.
Excellent attention, if they have printing of the minutes, the staff are very attentive and helpful. For a divorce registration they only ask you for the original documents, without a copy, they do not make it difficult for you or put obstacles in your way. They close at one in the afternoon exactly, not before.

Apariencia poco profesional, trato irrespetuso, no extendió una disculpa por llegar una hora tarde
Lamentable su desempeño, ojalá la puedan capacitar y reubicar a otro trabajo donde si sea feliz y rinda bien,
Dec 15, 2021- terrible service, the sign says they open at 8am and the lady showed up at 9am,
Unprofessional appearance, disrespectful treatment, did not extend an apology for being an hour late
Her performance is unfortunate, hopefully she can be trained and relocated to another job where she is happy and performs well,
