★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la señorita que me atendió iba al super 7 y se regreso para atenderme, me dio la información mal y a gritos, enojada casi casi me saca de la oficina, por qué no contratan personas que realmente tengan ganas de trabajar? Da coraje que atiendan así, y no hay donde quejarse
Terrible service, the lady who attended me went to the super 7 and came back to attend to me, she gave me the wrong information and shouted, angry she almost took me out of the office, why don't they hire people who really want to work? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según la buscas por este medio, te dice ubicación y horario , según aparece como que está abierto hasta las 14:00hras. pero no sé si " no dando servicio", porque está encendida la luz y el aparato de aire acondicionado pero la puerta cerrada con llave sin ningún letrero de aviso en la puerta y apenas es la 1pm....quien está mintiendo...?.....acaso no han actualizado el horario o cuáles oficialías realmente están dando servicio...?
As you search for it by this means, it tells you location and hours, as it appears as if it is open until 2:00 p.m. but I don't know if "not giving service", because the light and the air conditioner are on but the door is locked without any notice sign on the door and it is barely 1pm .... who is lying ... ? ..... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona encargada de entregar las actas, como comentan otras personas, tiene pésima actitud y llega al grado de ser grosera. Adicionalmente, nunca tienen sistema... No me queda claro por que sucede esto ya que mientras ellos no tienen te das la vuelta a las otras cercanas y si tienen. De nada sirve una oficialia sin sistema pero bueno, así está la cosa.
Ahorrense tiempo y dense la vuelta a la 4, mucho mejor atención y nunca me ha tocado que no tengan sistema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo fui a la Oficialia con las expectativas muy bajas porque leí las reseñas y me llevé la sorpresa que la gente que trabaja ahí es muy amable y eficiente.
También note que mucha gente llegaba a hacer preguntas le hablaban al personal con un tono prepotente y a veces hasta de manera grosera. Y creo que tal vez la gente que califica mal sea de este tipo de personas.
Les recomiendo que cuando vayan lleguen temprano y vayan con buena actitud y el personal de la oficialia probablemente los atenderá de la misma manera
I went to the Oficialia with very low expectations because I read the reviews and I was surprised that the people who work there are very friendly and efficient.
I also noticed that many people came to ask questions, spoke to the staff in an arrogant tone and sometimes even rudely. And I think maybe the people who rate poorly are these kinds of people.
I recommend that when you go you arrive early and go with a good attitude and the staff of the oficialia will probably attend you in the same way.
