★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un servicio fluido aunque algo incómodo debido a las modificaciones por COVID (las consultas se hacen desde la calle, s través de una ventana que está nivel del piso). Si necesitan papeles oficiales (papel verde para acta de nacimiento por ejemplo) es importante llegar temprano porque pueden acabarse. Actualmente su horario es de 9 am a 2 pm.
They have a fluid service although somewhat uncomfortable due to the modifications due to COVID (the consultations are made from the street, s through a window that is level with the floor). If you need official papers (green paper for birth certificates for example) it is important to arrive early because they can run out. Currently their hours are from 9 am to 2 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy atentas, el juez que nos casó muy amable y se nota que sus buenos deseos los dice con honestidad, no solamente por decirlos.
Las de recepción súper amables, me faltó papelería y ellas me dieron la opción de adquirir ahí con el costo correspondiente de cada una o bien regresar a mi casa por los documentos faltantes.
Very attentive, the judge who married us very kind and it shows that his good wishes are honestly said, not just by saying them.
The super friendly receptionists, I lacked stationery and they gave me the option of purchasing there with the corresponding cost of each one or returning to my house for the missing documents.

Very bad, they tell you that your certificate is not in the system, or that they can only sell you one certificate because they have very few sheets, you go to the pavilion and if your certificate is in the system

The young man who attended me was very helpful and attentive. Excellent service. He explained what to expect and other things that I asked him. Unfortunately there is no parking but in a street up there is a public one.
